STORY.
Los Cenizos Geisha Honey Lot #04 was harvested in March of 2023  during the peak summer months here in
Cerro Punta. This coffee lot is located at 1900 m.a.s.l. in an area where coffee benefits from abundant shade coming from Cenizos trees and Wild Tomato trees.
Coffee cherries were picked at their maximum ripeness by our experienced team. Coffee was then floated and
de-pulped, keeping the mucilage, full of sugars, that gives this lot such an amazing profile.
Honey Process is difficult to processing, it's requires maximum care and attention to detail to obtain a fine and clean cup. This lot was dried on African beds for three weeks and our team ensured an even drying in the beans by moving the coffee several times per day.
