This specific micro lot cultivated at an altitude of 1800 masl, grew under a terrain with 60% of shadow.
After picking on March 4 th of 2020, this lot underwent an anaerobic fermentation process for 5 days, in
plastic sealed tanks, without adding any water or any artificial yeast . Afterwards, it was placed in
African beds for 21 days in partial shadow for a slow dry process (ASD). Later, the coffee was placed in
our controlled temperature and humidity warehouse to rest after meticulous manual selection.
