Luis Alberto Balladarez comes from a long legacy of coffee farming in northern Nicaragua and clearly stands out for their focus on specialty coffees and microlots. One of the things that makes him unique among farm owners out there is that he owns and manages several of his own farms and earned many prizes from Cup of Exellence an annual competition held in several countries to identify the highest quality coffees produced.
