STORY.
Los Cenizos is located in Cerro Punta highlands at above 1,900 m.a.s.l. in an volcanic-soil area where coffee benefits from abundant shade coming from Cenizos trees and Wild Tomato trees and Flowers. The ripening season is significantly extended which helps in the development of all attributes of coffee itself.
Coffee cherries in Los Cenizos are usually picked at their maximum ripeness by the experienced picker team.

Los Cenizos Geisha Lot.070 was harvested in February of 2024 from Calas plot.
Coffee was fermented in the tank and soaked whole tanks with cold natural spring water for 48 hours then sun dried on African beds for 2 weeks and moved to Dark Drying Room, took over a month in total drying phase to slow matured the coffee resulting in intense yet complex floral and stone fruits.

Los Cenizos Geisha Lot.058 was harvested in March of 2024 at the higher elevation area
from Pinos plot, one of the most late-ripening coffee cherries areas from the high elevation factor.
Coffee was done with traditional washed method and slow dry on African beds to showcase the beauty of Geisha and beauty of the biodiverse in Finca Los Cenizos.
