LOCATION : BAAN PANG BONG a small village in DOI SAKET, CHIANGMAI
FARM/PRODUCER : JAISOOKSERN COFFEE FAMILY by AOI & NUI
ELEVATION : 1,000 - 1,200 m
PROCESS : Lalvin Yeast QA23 Double fermented (Anaerobic fermented the whole cherries with yeast liquid for 40hrs. then de-pulped and Aerobic dry fermented for 8hrs., finished the whole process by Semi-Washed (65%) and dried on raised beds.
