ELEVATION : 1,000 - 1,200 m
PROCESS : Anaerobic fermented the whole coffee cherries with coffee Mucilage for 80hrs. then finished the process by natural dry on raised bed. *Mucilage is the layer surrounds the coffee seeds with a sticky, sugary substance.
