STORY
In 2017 The Bishan Dimo Washing Station is reaches heights up to 2,000 m.a.s.l.
found in the Denbi Uddo area which is part of the Shakiso a district in Guji and operate by
the Yonis family, Faysel A. Yonis and Hakime Yonis.

Samuel Degalo is a well-educated young man. He was born and raised within the coffee community of Bishan Dimo, besides being a coffee farmer, he is a teacher at the Danbi Uddo Primary School. Because of his academic background, and eagerness to always learn more, he can easily understand new concepts and implement innovative ways for cultivating coffee – like creating compost from organic materials, This combination of teaching and farming makes Samuel quite unique in Bishan Dimo and got 2nd Prize in the first Ethiopian Cup coffee auction that reveals the best Ethiopian micro-lots to the world market in 2019.
